Experience the magic of the Isle of Skye from the water. Join us for a guided wild swim with resident Atlantic grey seals in some of Skye’s most stunning coastal locations.
Our small-group experiences are designed to be safe, respectful, and hopefully unforgettable. You’ll swim alongside curious seals in their natural habitat while learning about local marine life and Skye’s unique coastal environment.
Swimming experience is recommended. All swims are led by experienced local guides, with safety briefings provided before every session.

Your experience begins with a friendly welcome and full safety briefing, covering the swim plan, conditions, and how we interact respectfully with seals. You’ll then gear up in our wetsuits and safety equipment, with help from our experienced guides. Once ready, we head out by RIB to our chosen coastal location around the Northern end of Skye. From the boat, you’ll enter the water and hopefully have an unforgettable encounter with wild seals, we will then re-board the boat using our specialized ladder and return back to the harbour with a hot drink waiting.
All equipment is included in your price: Wetsuit, fins and masks and snorkel. But feel free to bring your own equipment. We recommend a wetsuit with 7mm thickness but 5mm may be suitable if you don't get cold easily.
Throughout the trip, guides remain close by for safety and support, ensuring a relaxed, safe, and ethical wildlife experience before returning to shore.

Trips can book out a few weeks in advance. To avoid disappointment I recommend to book your places as early as possible.

Terms & Conditions
In the event of the weather being unsuitable in the interests of comfort and safety, the trip will be cancelled. In such events, passengers will be offered an alternative date. If not suitable for the passenger, there will be a full refund. In event of the passenger cancelling there will be no refund unless the seat can be re-sold, in which case there will be a refund (subject to deduction of a 10% admin charge.) We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
